Zali will be the realization of a dream, thirty years in the earning... in the kitchen, in a home, in Beirut –a relatives that, similar to each other family members on earth, was certain that their mom’s cooking, was the very best.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from full-time mother and grandmother to comprehensive-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and it has lived most of her lifetime in Lebanon. for thus very long, she beloved testing her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't leave her residence’s nest right up until Zali offered her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown pleasure and fervour for cooking are for yourself and the planet to taste!
In all our dishes are flavors that have designed the journey every one of the way from Lebanon. You may take many of them back again residence!
We phone them “Mouneh”, an Arabic term for pantry provisions: many different handmade jars read more with preserved and dried delicacies that you should obtain and take a look at.
