Zali may be the realization of the desire, thirty many years while in the building... inside a kitchen, in a house, in Beirut –a family members that, the same as every other spouse and children on the earth, was convinced that their mother’s cooking, was the most effective.
Our chef: The heartbeat of inspiration
And so, Liza, an anagram of Zali, went from comprehensive-time read more mom and grandmother to whole-time chef. Our chef is Lebanese-Armenian and has lived nearly all of her existence in Lebanon. For so extended, she liked tests her very own recipes and photographing dishes. But her enthusiasm didn't leave her house’s nest till Zali supplied her that opportunity. Now, her homegrown happiness and passion for cooking are for yourself and the planet to flavor!
In all our dishes are flavors which have made the journey all of the way from Lebanon. You can take many of them back again household!
We simply call them “Mouneh”, an Arabic phrase for pantry provisions: many different homemade jars with preserved and dried delicacies for you to obtain and try. They are well prepared by our chef or produced by farmers back household. “Mouneh”can be a Lebanese custom of preserving foods across the seasons.
